John Bean is currently a senior at the University of Missouri. John is a journalism major, and is also working on a business minor. However, his true passion has always been sports. John grew up near Chicago, and hopes to get a job covering sports. John is loyal to all of his Chicago teams, and to answer everyone’s question, he prefers the White Sox over the Cubs.
John is also a huge fan of NASCAR since the age of five. He has attended 51 races at seven different tracks.
Before starting this blog, John contributed material for the Mizzou Sports Writers Promotion Association in the spring of 2011, and interned with TheUrbanTwist.com this past summer.
